M\u0142y\u0144ska 4, NIP: PL9730764418, REGON: 080411620;<\/p>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using our online store, in particular the rules for concluding Sales Agreements for Goods available in the store\u2019s assortment, the execution of these agreements, and complaint procedures.<\/p>\n<p>All prices listed in the store are gross prices (include VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are shown separately when placing an order.<\/p>\n<p>Orders can be placed via the form available on the online store or by email at: mj6gear@gmail.com.<\/p>\n<p>The price listed with the product at the time of order placement by the customer is binding for both parties. Order Fulfillment<\/strong><br \/>The seller is obligated to deliver goods that are free of defects.<br \/>The order fulfillment time for both domestic and international customers is 30 business days, but this may be extended due to a high volume of orders or the complexity of the order, of which the customer will be immediately informed. Products in stock will only be shipped after the missing parts of the order are produced.<\/p>\n<p>The condition for order fulfillment is providing the necessary data to enable delivery of the goods to the customer and a phone number to verify the validity of the order.<\/p>\n<p>In justified cases, the store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order, limit payment methods, or require prepayment\u2014each time stating the reason for such actions.<\/p>\n<p>The terms for fulfilling custom orders are determined individually with the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Ordered goods are delivered via Poczta Polska. The buyer bears the delivery costs.<\/p>\n<p>Terms of retail sales and international shipping are agreed individually with the customer.<\/p>\n<p>The proof of purchase is sent electronically to the email address provided by the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of prepayment, the money must be credited to the account within 10 days. Delivery Time and Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delivery time:<\/p>\n<p>Domestic and international parcels are delivered via:<br \/>Poczta Polska \u2013 estimated (not guaranteed) delivery within 7 business days depending on destination.<\/p>\n<p>SHIPPING COSTS:<\/p>\n<p>Domestic and international shipping costs are based on the current price list of Poczta Polska.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>V. Right of Withdrawal, Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Consumers have the right, under Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for costs specified in Articles 33 and 34 of the Consumer Rights Act.<br \/>The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the withdrawal statement before the deadline expires.<br \/>The withdrawal statement may be submitted by the Consumer using the template or in any other written form compliant with the Consumer Rights Act. A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also available in section VII of the Terms and Conditions. Using the form is not mandatory.<br \/>The seller excludes the possibility of submitting a withdrawal statement in any form other than written.<br \/>The Consumer shall return the goods at their own cost and risk.<br \/>The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<br \/>The seller shall refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. If the Consumer chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the seller, the seller is not required to refund the additional costs under Article 33 of the Consumer Rights Act.<br \/>Returned goods should be sent to the store\u2019s address.<\/p>\n<p>If the customer discovers any technical defects or damages caused during delivery, they should contact the seller and return the product to the company address. The return shipping cost will be reimbursed immediately after receiving the item and processing the complaint. A receipt and a note explaining the reason for the complaint should be included with the returned item. All complaints are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced with a defect-free item, or if this is not possible (e.g., due to stock depletion), the store will refund the purchase price or offer other available items to choose from.<\/p>\n<p>The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint resolution and pursuing claims. The Customer\u2019s personal data is processed by the Seller as the data controller.<br \/>2. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary but necessary to set up an Account, use specific Electronic Services, or conclude a Sales Agreement.<br \/>3. The Seller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data.<br \/>4. The Customer\u2019s personal data provided within the Online Store will be processed by the Seller for specific purposes indicated in individual forms within the Online Store.<br \/>5. Depending on the use of specific functionalities, the Customer generally has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, the right to object, access their data, request correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability.<br \/>6.
