Chest Rig Harness Set – Comfort, Modularity, and Low-Profile Design

The harness set is designed as a complementary component to our Modular Chest Rig, forming a fully functional and compact load-bearing system. It performs exceptionally well in combat operations, shooting range activities, and outdoor applications.

The harness combines a low-profile construction with high ergonomic comfort. The front section is made from durable Cordura® 500D laminate, featuring laser-cut PALS slots, allowing the attachment of additional accessories – such as utility pouches, admin panels, or cable organizers – without adding bulk or weight to the system. This makes the harness not only a support element but also an extension of your gear’s functionality.

The inner side of the harness is padded with a thin 2 mm foam layer, significantly enhancing wear comfort while maintaining a slim profile. This is particularly important in scenarios where freedom of movement, reduced snag hazard, and low signature are critical.

The harness is available in two configuration options:

• H-harness layout – provides even weight distribution and excellent comfort during prolonged wear.
• X-harness layout – offers greater stability during dynamic movement, ideal for users preferring a compact and mobile setup.

All buckles used in the harness are fully removable, allowing quick and easy customization based on personal preferences, gear setup, or mounting method. The harness is fully compatible with a wide range of equipment, making it a versatile and adaptive solution.
