Filing a Complaint

To file a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return/Complaint Form
Fill out the return/complaint form and include it in the package. The document should contain the following information: full name, email address or mailing address, phone number, product number, reason for the complaint, date of purchase, and date the defect appeared.

2. Returning the Product
When submitting a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
Send the complained product to the following address:

Product Returns

According to applicable law, you have 14 days to return a product. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, please fill out the required return statement and send it to our address along with the returned product(s):
